By Air Cargo or EMS Post – Wholesale Order
Our wholesale minimum order is to $2500 USD or 2200 EUR or equivalent with at least 10 plants per item. Upon confirmation of the order, we will supply CITES and Phytosanitary Certificate for shipment. Most of the time, an import permit is needed from our customers, but it depends from country to country. Customers should inform us via email and find out about their local government import regulations to ensure a safe and smooth delivery.
Your order will be shipped with air cargo service or EMS (Express Mail Service) / DHL Global Shipping. If air cargo service is used, the customers should inform us shipping instructions, such as airport destination and any applicable specific instructions such as need of heating during winter months. If EMS or DHL is used, the customers should contact local post office and track the delivery status. Before Covid-19 pandemic, shipping fee and handling fee are already included on our price deal. After pandemic times, shipping prices skyrocketed, we might charge additional shipping. All payments due are subject to discussion in emails, prior to shipping.
Before Shows Pre-order – Wholesale Order
Our wholesale minimum order is to $2500 USD or 2200 EUR or equivalent with at least 10 plants per item. Wholesale orders can also be placed with us 25 days before the show starts. This way, an import permit will not be needed. We will bring the plants at the show to be picked up by you, or a local shipping of your orders can be arranged while we are in your country. The local shipment cost will be charged on you in addition to the plant cost. Please check out our home page for our show schedule, download our most recent plant list and order form, and mail it to info@tenshinorchids.com. then we will confirm your order and send you an invoice. Payment is due at the time of pickup or subject to discussion in emails.
All plants will be shipped in bare rooted to USA and Canada. No bare rooting is necessary to EU, UK, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Reunion, Panama, Trinidad and S. Africa unless otherwise instructed. Shipment of plants will be in compliance with the appropriate provisional regulations. We will do the best to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

Before Shows Pre-order – Retail Order
We gladly accept retail pre-orders from our customers when we are going to your local orchid show. Please check out our home page for our show schedule, download our most recent plant list and order form, and mail it to info@tenshinorchids.com 25 days before the show starts, then we will confirm your order. Invoice is available upon request and payment is due at the time of pickup because some items might not be available. Thank you and see you at shows!
